Well life is rough but I am still up for preparing tonight's rooftop sunset observance meal consisting of seared Tuna Carpaccio smothered in seasoned olive oil, garlic and capers. With a glass of wine up on the roof of our temporary home and while overlooking the city at nighttime, nothing could be more divine.
