We noticed on our arrival this year a big push for organic goods. The city now has a weekly Saturday morning organic market. We have so far made each one of them.

Besides falling in love with this beautiful lady's French accent (her husband runs the fresh fish import business represented a couple of stalls down), I also fell in love with her cooking. God these quiches and deserts were to die for!

Suzanne and I both fall for her seductive marketing skills. This fancy French chocolate pie thingy I will never remember the name of will not last long in our refrigerator, but we'll give it a try anyway.

How is it the French stay thin, I ask. It is because only many of you in the US feel guilty for what you eat. Eating without gilt is the secret to remaining thin. (I'll have to remember that!)
