Morelia is somewhat strange in that it is encircled with what could be easily confused with the US side of any Texas border town - streets lined with KFCs, Pizza Huts, SAMS, Wal-Marts, Home Depots, Discount Tires, the whole typical USA homogenous mix. T

But luckily sealed like a fortress, the outside is held at bay, well, outside of course of ignoring the rogue culture-extincting Starbucks here and there.
