Sis's least favorite but I have to say I couldn't stop my mouth from watering. There is a far cry between the Italian ex-pats who cook in Mexico and the chemical factories known in the US as Pizzerias. (Some things you just can't explain ;-)

Alas the chocolate and mole factory deluxe!

A gotcha here is the fact that the soft, sweet and delicious chocolate you can purchase here is put in a plastic bag and within a couple of days is as hard as a rock. Be forewarned!
