Tonight at last brings us to Restaurant "La Olla". A near miss as it is only 30 minutes until closing. During the week or on a slow night, they won't always "leave the light on for you" it appears

This chicken in mole sauce was the best mole dish I have ever had anywhere in Mexico and there is a lot to be said about that. We literally licked the plate clean when we finished.
