My favorite hotel of 30 years added a new bar and pool after Hurricane Wilma. I could do without the noise of the bar but looking down from my window, there is now more than a sea view.

Back to my favorite restaurant La Mission.

It's nice to see the old familiar faces here at La Mission.

Back at La Mission, the manager Carlos rolls out the red carpet for me with some nice appetizer lime soup.

Carlos, the manager, and I have known each other for years. He calls me "Mr. Flamingo" because of me walking in with 4' tall paper mache flamingos many, many years ago.
