Tonight sis is not hungry so I rush down the dirt road near our home to hook up with Canal where I zip toward town to make El Caribe just 10 minutes before 8PM, closing time.

This is the same restaurant, El Caribe that used to be located near the trolley boarding point in front of the large church near the market.

Another ceremonious end to a very delicious Beeeeg (yet small) Fish!
