A combination of dehydration, taking medicines unknowingly containing a diuretic, and falling asleep in a hot room set me off to perspire for 4 hours and sweat my liquids out. I awoke with swollen tongue, joints and extremities and had to be rushed to the hospital. But the good news is I lived to tell about it!
