I wish I could spend a few months in this quaint restaurant here on the top of the Oaxaca mountains. We have to take what we get, however, and thus soak up all we can watching the prepare tacos on a oil drum lid and spin fresh Oaxaca chocolate mixed with warm goat's mile. It's a meal we will never forget.
